Roda salvaria - From the earth to the plate

In the animal park of Colfosco, surrounded by a beautiful Dolomite wood. Local restaurants set up stands where you can enjoy Ladin specialities in finger food style.

Each dish has a natural element at its core: forest fruits, herbs, spices and much more. You can enjoy all this on the go, along the park path with a special program for both young and old and musical entertainment.

In addition to delicious food stalls, enjoy live music and a rich program of special activities. Start with an aperitif featuring fresh mountain herbs, then watch a bread-baking demonstration in the ancient oven and savor a snack of freshly baked bread with mountain butter.

For the little ones, we've organized an exciting program: along with the playground in the animal park, there will be Facepainting from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and an educational and interactive experience at the petting farm from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Learn more at our two informational stands: one dedicated to the bark beetle, where you can discover with the forestry service how this insect affects trees and the environment, and another from the natural park, presenting activities and curiosities about local flora and fauna.
