Hannes discovered his passion for pastry at a young age, starting his journey at just 15. After gaining experience in the hotels of Alta Badia, he now pursues his craft with creativity and dedication, turning every dessert into a story of flavor and love for tradition.

Born and raised in San Vigilio di Marebbe, Evelin now lives with her family in Badia, where they run a small hotel. It’s the perfect place for her creative side to shine: with flowers, thoughtful decorations and an eye for detail, she creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. When she’s not adding her personal touch to the hotel, Evelin enjoys drinking some good wine and spending time in the mountains.
