More than a tasting, we can call it a real strudel festival!

So dear guests, mark your calendars: the evening of 15th July, Badia in front of the church.

This is where the local restaurateurs and hoteliers will unleash their creativity and amaze you with a great variety of one of the most famous and typical dish of the Dolomites.

There is a broad choice from classic and traditional to extravagant and unconventional and from sweet to savoury. Live music and a delicious glass of South Tyrolean wine await you to harmonise with all the specialities.

Hotel Cavallino:

Puff pastry strudel filled with slow-cooked pulled pork and chanterelle mushrooms, served with a two-color cabbage salad and mustard dressing

Naturhotel Miraval:

Crispy strudel with aged “BADIA” cheese, wild herbs, on a pine oil emulsion and fresh chanterelle mushrooms

Hotel Serena:

"Saus de Munt" strudel with mountain vegetables, speck, and alpine cheese in puff pastry on a carrot and cumin cream

Albergo San Leonardo:

Strudel filled with braised venison, red cabbage and herb-seasoned potatoes, served with celery root cream and game reduction

Residence Lersc:

Herb strudel with spinach, ricotta and speck with porcini mushrooms
