Our local chefs will enchant you with traditional dishes, both sweet and savory, prepared with passion and skill. Some dishes follow their grandmothers' recipes, while others allow the chefs' creativity to shine. What they all have in common is inspiration from nature and the use of pure, regional ingredients.
