Yoga amid golden autumn
As the larches turn golden yellow, the forest becomes a place of strength and stillness. Amidst this play of colors, gentle yoga exercises invite you to pause, breathe deeply, and let go. Nature and mindfulness in harmony – a moment to reconnect with yourself, gently guided by Alexandra, a yoga instructor. The session lasts about one hour.

The refund will be made with a medical certificate or if the event is cancelled by the Alta Badia Tourism Cooperative.

Getting there
From Badia or Corvara take SS244 via La Villa to San Cassiano. Park right at the Sciaré parking lot and follow the trail.
In order to encourage sustainable mobility, choose environmentally friendly means of transportation, such as public transport.
