The large carnivores of the Alps: Who they are and where they live
An information event on the brown bear, wolf, lynx, and golden jackal. We review their presence in South Tyrol and across the Alpine region and explore how the ecosystems we share with them are evolving. Based on current data on their biology, ecology and distribution, we discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with the return of large predators.
The talk is in Italian.
Free entry.
