High-Altitude Yoga with Alexandra Din
Treat yourself to a moment of wellness, breath, and connection with nature in the heart of the Dolomites.
Every Thursday, from July 16 to August 27, we’ll be waiting for you on the beautiful terrace of Rifugio Las Vegas in San Cassiano for a high-altitude yoga class led by Alexandra Din.
A restorative experience designed to help you find balance, energy and awareness, surrounded by the quiet of the mountains and the majesty of the Dolomite landscape. The practice is perfect for anyone who wants to take care of themselves, slow down and enjoy a special outdoor moment immersed in a truly unique natural setting.
Yoga mats will be provided by the organizers. We recommend bringing a water bottle, a small towel and wearing comfortable clothing suitable for both the practice and the temperature at altitude.
Useful Information
Meeting point: Rifugio Las Vegas, San Cassiano
Time: 3:30 p.m. (please arrive 10–15 minutes before the class begins, so you can set up your space calmly)
Duration: approximately 1–1.5 hours
Cost: €30 per person
In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the class will take place at the yoga teacher’s studio in the center of San Cassiano. Participants will be notified by email if the location changes.
The mountain lodge can be reached on foot or by using the lifts. The lift ticket can be purchased at the ticket offices at the bottom station, or you can use the Super Summer Card or Alta Badia Summer Card, if you already have one.
