Interreg project to pilot participatory approaches

Regenerate is a project that aims to develop greater awareness in the territories in which it operates and set up a process of active involvement of the entire social fabric in the creation of a tourism offer that responds exactly to the needs expressed by the community and the surrounding natural environment. The intervention logic envisages:

WP1 will ensure effective project management and coordination and adequate dissemination of results;
WP2 will consist of the analysis and monitoring of the impact of tourism policies implemented to date, with a specific reflection on changes related to obtaining a sustainability certification such as the GSTC;
WP3 will favour the continuation of the evolutionary pathway of the governance of partner destinations, thanks to the sharing of good practices, the development of a sustainability toolkit and the planning of a coordinated communication strategy;
Finally, through WP4 the 4 destinations will concretely experiment an innovative pathway of co-creation of the tourist offer that will see the local communities, specifically the young people, as absolute protagonists
