Between the six villages in Alta Badia and between Alta Badia and the train stations in South Tyrol, buses of the South Tyrolean transport association run several times a day.
During the summer season, the free bus service Corvara-Calfosch Express operates between Corvara and Colfosco every 30 minutes.
This project was developed by the municipality of Corvara together with the Department of Mobility of the Province of Bolzano to reduce traffic congestion in our villages during the summer months. It connects the main areas of Corvara and Colfosco with the ski lifts in order to give residents, tourists and employees the opportunity to move around the municipality without a car.
The service involves the use of multiple-obliteration cards that can be requested from the accommodation facilities. The cards are valid for the entire season until the end of the service.
It has no route. It also has no timetable. But it operates eight hours a day, seven days a week from July to October. Just call by app or phone. It will answer and pick you up. Its name: Badia Bus, the new on-call bus of the municipality of Badia for residents, for guests, for everyone who wants to leave their car behind and use the most comfortable means of transport.
