Spëisa Ladina - Ladin cookery course
Discover the authentic flavours of Ladin tradition and immerse yourself in a special experience dedicated to the cuisine and culture of La Val.
Using simple, genuine ingredients, you will learn how to prepare some of the typical dishes of the local tradition, following step by step the advice of those who know, preserve and pass these recipes down from generation to generation.
In just a few hours, you will have the chance to cook, discover stories and traditions connected to Ladin cuisine and, finally, sit down together to enjoy what you have prepared.
An authentic and convivial experience to discover La Val through its flavours and traditions.
The experiences take place in different special locations throughout the area – from charming traditional farmsteads and mountain farms to selected hotels and other local hosts. Each location offers a different experience and the opportunity to discover the people and places that make La Val unique.
Information and advance booking required at the tourist offices or online by the day before. Limited places available.
The cook speaks Italian and German.
During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.
Bring the confirmation of the reservation (also in digital format).
The refund will be made with a medical certificate or if the event is cancelled by the Alta Badia Tourism Cooperative.

Follow the SS244 Val Badia road towards Pederoa and continue on road SP60 to La Val until you reach the events hall Domëne Moling on San Senese street 14.
