From hut to hut on your skis to experience great taste, the Gourmet Skisafari has become a classic highlight that marks the beginning of Alta Badia’s culinary winter season. By reaching the participating mountain huts on skis, it is possible to savour the creations of award-winning chefs who have joined the project "A taste for skiing". Hence, in between one descent and the other, you can appreciate and indulge in the local culinary masterpieces of renowned starred chefs.
An event that opens the culinary winter season in Alta Badia: an itinerant journey on skis from hut to hut, where guests can savor the exclusive creations of renowned Michelin-starred chefs.
