The star chefs of Alta Badia and of other top ski destinations present their own dishes paired with the best South Tyrol's wines.
The Gourmet Skisafari celebrates the official start of the culinary winter season on the slopes, with a very special kind of ski safari. At a number of mountain huts, Michelin-starred chefs will be treating skiers to their delicious dishes, using top-quality products - a hallmark of our region. Skiers will have the chance to move from one mountain hut to another, trying each chef’s creations.
Real works of art will be on offer, not only for the taste buds but also for the eyes.

I Tablá - Chef Alberto Faccani **.
Price for 3 dishes: € 60,00 wine included.
