Ütia Bioch - Grain delights in the mountains - Munts dl altonn
This event celebrates regional grain varieties. Simple ingredients that reflect the character of the mountains are reinterpreted in dishes specially created for the occasion. Accompanied by live music from singer-songwriter Julian Moling from La Val, whose repertoire blends pop, rock, country and original songs, and surrounded by a breathtaking alpine panorama, the event offers a memorable atmosphere of conviviality and local flavours.

In summer, the Ütia Bioch hut (2079 m) is easily reached via cable cars:
From San Cassiano: Piz Sorega cable car + 30‑min walk.
From La Villa: Piz La Ila cable car + approx. 60‑min walk.
From Corvara: Col Alto cable car + around 60‑min walk.
Alternatively, for hikers:
Park in San Cassiano, take bus to Valparola Pass, follow the Setsas Circular Route to Pralongià, then 30 min to the hut – total around 4 h.
