Spëisa ladina, Ladin Autumn Kitchen - Munts dl Altonn
Ladin cuisine and the flavours of autumn are at the heart of this special experience. Together with a Patruna from La Val, a local farmer who shares the traditional recipes and culinary knowledge of her homeland, you will prepare typical dishes of the spëisa ladina using seasonal and regional ingredients.
Before the cooking class, a pleasant autumn walk leads through the landscapes surrounding La Val. The walk lasts around one hour in total (there and back) and reaches the picturesque church of Santa Barbara, beautifully set within the autumn scenery.
Afterwards, the cooking class takes place directly at Lüch da Survisc, surrounded by authentic mountain landscapes and traditional Ladin atmosphere. Between typical aromas and stories about the culinary culture of the Ladin valleys, you will discover the secrets of traditional mountain cuisine.
An authentic experience between tradition, nature and the genuine flavours of the Dolomites.
