Sonns tla natöra - The Gong Sound Bath
The Gong Bath Sound is a sound massage and therapy that brings the participants to meditation and deep relaxation. During the Gong Bath you lie comfortably on the meadow in the middle of the nature and listen to the magic and harmonious sounds of several gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and many other instruments.
Area: La Crusc/Santa Croce (ascent by cable car – for fee)
Meeting point: 11:00 am - 5 minutes on foot from the La Crusc 1 cable car mountain station (the itinerary is marked)
Duration: 1 hour

During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.
Bring the confirmation of the reservation with you. It is important to have trekking shoes and mountain wear.
The refund will be made with a medical certificate or if the event is cancelled by the Alta Badia Tourism Cooperative.

Follow the SS244 Val Badia road towards Badia, continue on the San Linert street until you reach the parking place of the cable car La Crusc 1.
