Silvio Mondinelli is one of the greatest Italian and international mountaineers. He has climbed all 14 eight-thousanders without the use of supplemental oxygen, making history in the world of mountaineering with humility, courage, and dedication.
But Mondinelli is not only a man of the mountains: he is also a tireless promoter of humanitarian projects, particularly in Nepal, where he has built schools and supported local development.
