
Guided walk discovering wild plants
Join Helga, an expert in mountain herbs, for a guided walk through the forest. Along the way, you will learn to recognize wild plants and flowers and discover their properties, benefits, and traditional uses.
09:00 – Meeting with Helga at Ütia L'Tamá.
Start of the walk through the forest, with a special focus on “cir”, “barantl”, and other alpine herbs and flowers.
11:30 – End of the excursion and return to Ütia L'Tamá.
Domestic animals and strollers are not allowed.
Information and reservation at the tourist offices or online by the day before (limited places).
During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.
Bring the confirmation of the reservation (also in digital format). For a safe mountain hike, it is necessary that you wear appropriate hiking shoes as well as sportswear suitable for the weather conditions and take mountain sticks with you. Remember to pack a backpack with your essentials: a water bottle, sunscreen, a cap as well as a wind and rain jacket.
The refund will be made with a medical certificate or if the event is cancelled by the Alta Badia Tourism Cooperative.
Guided excursion.
Ütia L’Tamá is located above Badia, on the way to the Santa Croce pilgrimage church.
Reachable on foot in less than 30 minutes from the centre of Badia via marked trail no. 7.
By cable car:
From Badia, take the La Crusc 1 cable car. From the top station, walk downhill for about 20 minutes along trail no. 7.
