DoloDis - The magical Fanes Kingdom with geologist Francesco Sauro
The Kingdom of Fanes retains all its fairy-tale charm. Thanks to the amazing karst phenomena, you can walk amongst enchanting sculptures carved by water into the rock. There are also expanses of mountain pines, spectacular streams, lakes and pastures. Today you have the opportunity to explore this paradise with the well-known geologist Francesco Sauro. With him, you will learn how the Dolomites were formed and how water shapes them.
Itinerary: Capanna Alpina (1726 m) – Col de Locia (2069 m) – Fanes (2104 m) – Capanna Alpina

During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.
Bring the confirmation of the reservation (also in digital format). It is important to have trekking shoes, mountain sticks and mountain wear.
The refund will be made with a medical certificate or if the event is cancelled by the Alta Badia Tourism Cooperative.

Follow the SS244 Val Badia road towards La Villa and continue on road SS37 to San Cassiano.
