Cooking class: Maratona in your plate
An experience that celebrates flavor, local ingredients, and wellbeing. Chef Manuel will demonstrate how to prepare the “Marathon Dish”: buckwheat ravioli with ricotta, mountain honey, pine nuts, and wild garlic. A dish dedicated to the Maratona dles Dolomites–Enel, created for those who love sport and cycling.
The recipe was developed together with Elena Casiraghi, a specialist in sports nutrition, combining culinary creativity with nutritional expertise. The focus is on carefully selected local ingredients, valued not only for their taste but also for their nutritional qualities, resulting in a dish that delivers balance, energy, and authenticity.

Cooking class
Follow the SS244 Val Badia road towards La Villa. Directly on the main road, next to the tourist office, you will find the entrance to the event hall. The cooking class takes place in the kitchen area located at the entrance of the event hall.
