Alta Badia Cocktail Week - Hotel Restaurant Jägerhof

On the occasion of the fourth night of the Alta Badia Cocktail Week, Hotel Restaurant Jägerhof invites guests on a journey through the flavours and memories of the winter mountains. Three signature drinks tell the story of three generations and their distinct characters: from the deep and authentic grandfather, to the warm and caring grandmother, and finally the little one, who reinterprets tradition with a fresh perspective. Alpine ingredients, familiar aromas and contemporary mixology come together in a unique tasting experience.

Here are the three drinks you can enjoy:

L'NENE – THE GRANDFATHER

A drink that reflects the character of a grandfather: deep, herbal, dry and authentic. Hay immediately evokes the alpine world, rhubarb adds an earthy acidity, while lemon balm brings an aromatic freshness to the finish.

The scent of mountain meadows and the flavours of tradition come together in a contemporary reinterpretation.

LA LAVA – THE GRANDMOTHER

A drink inspired by the character of a grandmother: soft, fragrant and enveloping. Pear and raspberry bring a fruity character, elderflower adds floral elegance, while lemon and alpine herbs keep the drink fresh and complex.

The grandmother becomes a symbol of memory, care and hospitality, in a cocktail that combines the sweetness of fruit with the aromatic character of mountain herbs.

L'PICE – THE LITTLE ONE – non-alcoholic

L Pice follows the structure of L Nené in a 0.0 version, creating an immediate connection between the two drinks: almost as if the little one had inherited the grandfather’s flavours and aromas, reinterpreting them for a new generation.

The same territory, the same memories, but with a new and alcohol-free perspective.
