Alta Badia Cocktail Week - Hotel Recort
On the occasion of the third night of the Alta Badia Cocktail Week, Hotel Recort interprets the theme of play through a journey that brings together culture, local heritage and conviviality. This gives rise to the idea of a playful bar, a space where games become a way to rediscover gestures, words and traditions of Ladin culture.
From this idea come three cocktails, each inspired by a game and a word from the Ladin language. Three different interpretations that turn play into a tasting experience, through ingredients, aromas and flavours that tell the story of the local territory.
Here are the three drinks you can enjoy:
FLOCORES
In Ladin, Flocores means soap bubbles. Light and delicate, they dance through the air before slowly disappearing. A fresh and fragrant cocktail where delicate aromas and light sensations come together in a lively and fleeting sip.
SCICIORES
Scisciores means marbles – small spheres that have long been part of simple and timeless games. A cocktail with a distinctive character, where smoky and bitter notes chase one another in a play of contrasts, balancing precision and unpredictability.
ASCOGNA – non-alcoholic
Ascogna means hide-and-seek. A non-alcoholic cocktail that moves between bitter notes, botanical aromas and sweet nuances of the mountains. Like a game of hide-and-seek in the forest, its aromas and flavours reveal themselves little by little, sip after sip.
The evening will be accompanied by live music from the band Hanky Panky.
