Alta Badia Cocktail Week - Hotel Cristallo
On the occasion of the sixth night of the Alta Badia Cocktail Week, Hotel Cristallo celebrates the local territory and alpine nature through three signature drinks that reinterpret the scents, flavours and atmospheres of the high mountains with a contemporary twist. An evening inviting guests to enjoy a sensory experience among alpine pastures, forests and mountain huts, immersed in the timeless beauty of the Dolomites.
Here are the three drinks you can enjoy:
DLACIA (The Crystal Peak)
Inspired by high-altitude forests and the crisp air of the peaks. The dry notes of gin meet the balsamic aromas of mountain pine and the bitterness of yarrow, softened by rhododendron honey and refreshed by lemon. An herbal, essential and profound sip.
FÜCH (The Liquid Hearth)
The warmth of the hearth and the intimacy of Ladin tradition. The enveloping character of rum embraces the aromas of dried figs, walnuts and Zelten spices, balanced by a citrusy touch of bitters. Rich, spiced and made for slow sipping.
RAISC (The Alpine Root)
The depth of the earth meets the freshness of high-altitude orchards. Earthy botanical notes intertwine with the acidity of apple and a liquorice finish, lengthened by the effervescence of elderflower. Aromatic, balanced and refreshing.
Guest Bartender Mirko Zanna from the 5-star luxury hotel Palazzo Cordusio in Milan will accompany the evening with drinks specially created for the occasion.
