On the occasion of the closing night of the Alta Badia Cocktail Week, the Bistrot at Hotel La Perla celebrates the seasons and the natural scents of Alta Badia through three Signature Drinks that reinterpret the flavours and atmosphere of the most intense moments of the year with a contemporary twist. An experience that invites guests on a sensory journey through scents, colours and flavours, from the warmth of winter to the freshness of summer.
Here are the three drinks you can enjoy:
BAITA
A mountain hut, with its simplicity, authenticity and warmth, is how we define the feeling of belonging.
Milk from the alpine pasture, honey from the conifer forests and wood from the fireplace tell the story of who we were, who we are and who we will continue to be: authentic before perfect.
BOSCH
The forest that surrounds us, with its balsamic and resinous aromas, meets our Bistrot, with its bitter flavours and deep red colour. Our mixing style engages in a dialogue with local tradition in this Italian aperitif immersed in the Dolomites.
VERT – non-alcoholic
Green like the Dolomite landscapes in spring and summer, when nature awakens and everything comes back to life.
Green like our choice to be sustainable and supportive, respecting what surrounds us and helping those who need us.
Guest Bartender Timo Siitonen, Bar Manager of Kuopoli Bar in Helsinki will accompany the evening with drinks specially created for the occasion.
