Un libro, un rifugio - Meeting with the author: 20 years together

An evening of memories, interviews, names, faces, images and music to relive - almost like leafing through one of the many books we have "met" together with their authors - an event that is celebrating its first twenty years and that has brought great authors, great protagonists, great observers, great writers and great journalists to Val Badia from season to season. We have had great women such as Margherita Haack, Catherine Spaack and Lina Wertmüller as guests. The appointment of "women who inhabit the myth" allowed us to get to know Maria Callas, Marlene Dietrich, Anna Magnani through books and the authors who wrote about them. International authors like David Grossman and Joumana Haddad were among us.

It was also an evening in which we were able to take a very special look at what has happened in the world and in Italy, and what we have often encountered through the novels and essays brought to the stage in Corvara, La Villa and Colfosco - from 2003 to the present day. All this will be accompanied, as so often at our meetings, by films, songs and music.

Together with the founder of the festival, Gianna Schelotto, Lella Costa, Carlo Cottarelli, Riccardo Rossi, Beppe Severgnini and Guido Tonelli will look back on the 20 years under the moderation of Alberto Faustini (in Italian language).
