You are invited to participate in a special showcooking of the dish “Calf's head on mashed potatoes, green sauce of chives and wild berries” created by Chef Marco Spinelli.
We offer you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of sustainable food production and enjoy unique culinary delights, where bio meat from producer Lüch Arciara will take center stage.
But this is not just a cooking show: it's an opportunity to connect with the earth, nature, and the roots of our food traditions.
Musical entertainment with the group Laura Willeit & Hubert Dorigatti will be the perfect soundtrack to accompany your experiences related to our products.

The dish prepared during the show cooking can be purchased directly at the Club Moritzino hut at a price of €10.00.
