Marisa teaches how to make butter from fresh milk on a mountain farm in Badia. It is a simple demonstration of the work it takes to produce quality craft food. From the stable to the final result, in all production phases you can perceive how important traditions and values of the past still are. With Marisa you can see and discover some of the steps of this fantastic process.
