In autumn, the forest turns into a quiet, fragrant paradise – with mushrooms taking center stage.
At Ütia Bioch hut, a special event is dedicated entirely to the fascinating world of mushrooms.
An expert mycologist will guide the experience, accompanied by the live music of Rise o’clock, whose sounds bring the autumn spirit to life.
A dedicated menu is available:
Crostino with mushroom pâté
Homemade ravioli filled with field mushrooms, thyme butter
Venison stew with potatoes, South Tyrolean apples, and chanterelles

In summer, the Ütia Bioch hut (2079 m) is easily reached via cable cars:
From San Cassiano: Piz Sorega cable car + 30‑min walk.
From La Villa: Piz La Ila cable car + approx. 60‑min walk.
From Corvara: Col Alto cable car + around 60‑min walk.
Alternatively, for hikers:
Park in San Cassiano, take bus to Valparola Pass, follow the Setsas Circular Route to Pralongià, then 30 min to the hut – total around 4 h.
