Turn-by-turn directions
From the bus stop in La Villa, follow the direction for “Tru dles viles – Badia“, set off east downwards to the Gadera river, then left, above the bridge, climb to the hamlet of Cianins. Carry on northwards, passing the Craciorara and Fistí farms until you reach a junction. Proceeding on the left, follow this slightly downhill minor road until arriving at the next fork. Here, turn to the right to the localities of Sotrú and Oies where you can visit the childhood home of Saint Giuseppe Freinademetz. Carrying on, follow the signs for “Tru dles viles – Badia“ to reach the Frëinademez and Rainé farms. Descending through a small wood, you reach another junction. From this point, keep left skirting the farms Alfarëi, Ruac, Fussé and Coz to Badia (San Linert) (1 h 40 min.). To return to La Villa, you can either go down to Pedraces to the bus stop, or continue the walk by the farms immediately after the church, turning left and following the sign “Tru dles viles - La Villa“ (1h).
