Ciajó grisc / Grey cheese by the Affineur Degust
At the Gardenacia hut, a special menu based on grey cheese by the Affineur Degust from Varna will be offered.
The refiner perfects and enhances the aromas and flavours of the cheeses he selects, taking care of their natural maturation and embellishing them with new fragrances that give the products unique taste profiles. The producer himself will be present to illustrate the special features of his product. Karl Baumgartner, chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Schöneck, will also be there, offering a dish dedicated to grey cheese.
