Waste-free cooking – Creative and local, in the valley
At Sompunt Farm you will experience a convivial and hands-on cooking workshop, inspired by South Tyrolean farming traditions and today’s creativity. Using simple, local ingredients – such as stale bread, aromatic mountain herbs, fresh and aged cheeses, speck and seasonal vegetables – you will learn how to turn even what is usually discarded into surprising and flavourful dishes.
After a welcome toast, Davide will guide you through a journey that combines storytelling, technique and practice: from preparing rustic appetizers to creating colourful and creative dumpling variations. Each participant will have the chance to get “hands on”, working their own dough and discovering stories and curiosities linked to the ingredients and to mountain cuisine.
A practical and inspiring workshop that celebrates conviviality, creativity in the kitchen and respect for the environment – where every preparation tells a story of mountains and awareness. Because in the kitchen – as in life – nothing goes to waste.
