Join chef Davide for a hands-on cooking class surrounded by nature. At the Sompunt farm, you’ll learn how to make the most of every local ingredient – even the parts that are often thrown away – and turn them into delicious, creative dishes.
A course that blends authentic flavour, imagination, and environmental awareness, showing how much value lies in every part of food.
Because in the kitchen – just like in life – nothing should be wasted.
