Passo Giau Tour
Guided cycling tour on the Dolomite roads where the history of cycling was written
The centrepiece of the tour is the Giau Pass, the epic mountain pass known among cyclists as "His Majesty the Giau". The route, which also includes the ascent to the Falzarego Pass, has several challenging climbs with hairpin bends and some gradient of 16%.
It is a route of 82 km with an altitude difference of 2,400 metres, which includes the ascent to the Giau Pass from Colle Santa Lucia where it is the most difficult.
Before the Giau you will climb the Campolongo and the Belvedere.
To finish in style, after the ascent of the Giau, other iconic passes await you: the Falzarego and the Valparola with the scenic descent to San Cassiano and Alta Badia.
