Young, charismatic chefs and promoters of ethical and sustainable cuisine: these are the protagonists of the A taste for skiing initiative on the slopes of Alta Badia. The chefs come from various regions of Italy, from north to south and from east to west.
The chefs with a sustainable approach to food and drink, are full of fresh ideas, able to best interpret the concept of revival also in terms of cuisine. All the participating chefs are oriented towards the future and wish to bring all their creativity and philosophy to Alta Badia, using Italy's top products to prepare their dishes and they create their dishes by reducing waste and with a particular focus on protecting our planet.
