The tasty event about the famous South Tyrolean specialty
The strudel, whether sweet or savory, is one of the most beloved and popular South Tyrolean specialties.
End of July, pastry chefs, bakers and cooks from Alta Badia will delight holidaymakers and locals with their interpretation of the strudel, from classic to innovative and fanciful.
The different types of strudel were presented at stands, prepared for the occasion, along the road passing Badia/San Linert. For this occasion, the road were closed to traffic.
The San Leonardo Church, candles and torches characterized the scenery and local music accompanied visitors through the evening.
Reservation is not required. Ticket presale: Alta Badia tourist offices. In case of bad weather, the evening is postponed to the following day.
