Bla / Wheat from the farm Terra Vitae
At the alpine hut Pralongiá, a special menu based on wheat from the farm Terra Vitae from Gais will be offered.
The farm focuses on biodynamic agriculture, cultivating different types of wheat. The producer himself will be present and will illustrate the particularities of his product. Fabrizia Meroi, chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Laite, will also be there, offering a dish dedicated to wheat.
