Natur Lüch Sossach with cern de armënt bio - organic beef

At the I Tablá hut, a special menu based on organic beef by the farm Natur Lüch Sossach in La Villa will be offered.
The producer himself will be present and will explain the peculiarities of his product. Alessandro Bellingeri, chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Osteria Acquarol, will also be there, offering a dish dedicated to the organic beef.

"Roasted" Carpaccio of Organic Beef Spitz, Yoghurt, Summer Black Truffle, Green Apple
Tortelloni stuffed with overcooked shank, potato foam and polenta, hay and mushrooms; in collaboration with chef Alessandro Bellingeri* - Restaurant Osteria Acquarol, Appiano
Bio Beef burger stuffed with alpine cheese, bacon, salad and red onion served with potato dippers
