Lü de Pincia with erbes da munt - mountain herbs

At the Ütia de Bioch hut, a special menu based on mountain herbs from the farm Lü de Pincia from S. Vigilio di Marebbe will be offered.
The producer himself will be present and will explain the particularities of his product. There will also be Damiano Dal Farra, chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Locanda San Lorenzo in Alpago, who will propose a dish dedicated to the mountain herbs.

Potato gnocchi with aromatic mountain herbs and braised lamb ragout

Follow the SS244 Val Badia road towards La Villa and then the SP37 street to San Cassiano until the parking place of the Piz Sorega cable car. From the top station You reach the Ütia de Bioch refuge in 30 minutes.
