At the Malga Saraghes hut, a special menu based on beef and pork by the farm Lüch da Ciampidel from San Cassiano will be offered.
The farm is owned by a family of farmers who produce excellent quality meat, sausages, bacon and sausages, or fresh eggs. The producer himself will be present and will explain the particularities of his product. There will also be Alessandro Gilmozzi, chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant El Molin, who will propose a dish dedicated to beef and pork.
