At the Gardenacia hut, a special menu based on the honey made by Ivan Pedratscher from San Cassiano will be offered.
The producer himself will be present and will illustrate the particularities of his product. Stephan Zippl, chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant 1908, will also be there, offering a dish dedicated to honey.
