Mil / Honey from the farm Lü de Pincia
At the Ütia de Bioch hut, a special menu based on honey from the farm Lü de Pincia from S. Vigilio di Marebbe will be offered. The producer will present the special features of the product.
The farm is run by a Ladin family that also produces honey, made from the nectar of the flowers that surround the farm. Towards the end of June, the beehives are taken to the alpine pastures in the Fanes-Senes-Braies nature park, where the excellent honey from the flowers and alpine forests is collected. The producer himself will be present and will explain the particularities of his product. There will also be Nicola Laera, chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant La Stüa de Michil, who will propose a dish dedicated to honey.
