At the I Tablá hut, a special menu based on country cheese by the farm Lüch Chi Pra in Badia will be offered.
Run by a family from Alta Badia, the Lüch Chi Pra farm produces cheese and yoghurt in the traditional way and in different variations. The producer himself will be present and will explain the peculiarities of his product. Paolo Donei, chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Malga Panna, will also be there, offering a dish dedicated to the farmhouse cheeses.
