Üs bio / Bio eggs Dolomitüs from the farms Lü da Iun & Lü dal Flô

At the Ütia de Bioch hut, a menu will be presented that has been specially created for the occasion and in which the bio eggs "DolomitÜs" from the two farms Lü da Iun and Lü dal Flô from Pieve di Marebbe will be the undisputed protagonists.
The farmers themselves, who own a total of 450 hens on their farms, will be present to explain the special features of their organic eggs.
