Live music with the group "SoS Badia" and presentation of the typical Ladin dish, "Typical fried ravioli", created for the "Roda dles Saus" event.

Programme available in the tourist offices.

The participant huts:

Ütia Lee:
Buckwheat-Gnocchi with venison ragu and celeriac
Wine: Merlot - Lagrein

Ütia L'Tamá:
Typical pancake with cranberry jam
Wine: Gewürztraminer

Ütia La Crusc:
Polenta with deer-goulash
Wine: Blauburgunder

Ütia Paraciora:
Buckwheat Spätzle with cheese and crispy bacon
Wine: Blauburgunder

Ütia Nagler:
Typical fried ravioli
Wine: St. Magdalener

You can taste the dishes during the whole week in the participating mountain huts.
