Ütia L'Tamá:
Typical pancake with cranberry jam

Ütia La Crusc:
Polenta with deer-goulash
Wine: Südt. Merlot-Lagrein "Graf" DOC - Winery Cantina Merano

Ütia Paraciora:
Buckwheat Spätzle with cheese and crispy bacon
Wine: Südt. Meraner Schickenburg "Graf" DOC - Winery Cantina Merano

Ütia Nagler:
Typical fried ravioli
Wine: Südt. Vinschgau Weißburgunder DOC - Winery Cantina Merano

You can taste the dishes during the whole week in the participating mountain huts.
