Marisa is a woman who dedicates her work to the preservation of Ladin culture. Together with her family, she manages with energy and passion a farm where it is still possible to breathe in the slow rhythm of the seasons. Her aim is to transmit her love for a healthy lifestyle in contact with nature every day.
Alpine butter, what goodness!
Marisa teaches how to make butter from fresh milk on a farm in Badia. A simple demonstration of the work involved in the artisanal production of a quality foodstuff. From the cowshed to the end result, in all stages of production it is possible to perceive how important tradition and old-fashioned values still are.

Follow the SS244 Val Badia road towards Badia, continue on the San Linert street until you reach the church where you will turn right onto Anví street in direction Oies, continue to follow the signs for Arslada.
