We are in a wine cellar inside a restaurant in San Cassiano containing countless precious bottles from all over the world. Here you can taste little-known wines produced by independent vintners and wineries accompanied by local cheeses.
A unique experience because the selection of wines on offer is uncommon and very interesting. After all, it is well known that the independent vintner not only defends his terroir, cultivates his vineyard and harvests his grapes, but is also the one who enjoys promoting the fruit of his work and culture. This is a pleasure that also emerges and unfolds in these tastings.
