Nos Ladins - Bakers for a day
- 04:00 PM-06:00 PM
Activities with the ambassadors of the Ladin tradition.
After enjoying the white colour of the snow, here comes the white colour of flour. Spending a few hours with Nikolas means discovering the universe of baking from an absolutely privileged vantage point: he will reveal the secrets of his fragrant, crunchy, soft and delicious preparations, from the typical pucce flat bread to biscuits and various types of bread that are a distinctive feature of the valley’s cuisine. From Christmas products to sweet braided bread and sweet Easter bunny bread: you cannot miss these four fragrant appointments at the family bakery in Corvara.
