Dolomites Yoga Days - The strength of the breath

Open-air lesson with deepening of the first two days. The lesson is dedicated to the asana positions in a harmonious flow of breathing, also called Hatha Vinyasa. Brief introduction to the practice of Yin Yoga, which is targeted for the activation and regeneration of the connective tissue.
Information and reservation at the tourist offices by the day before (limited places). Programme available in the tourist offices.
