Spring on the farm, chefs and mountain dishes.

The students of the Provincial Hotel School of Brunico invite you to a four-course lunch created by the chefs Andrea Irsara, Rainer Castlunger, Nicola Acquasaliente and Stephan Zippl. The menu will be prepared with products from the farms of Alta Badia.
The proceeds from the event will benefit the Momo association, which promotes palliative care for children.

Menu:
- Emmer, wild herbs, duck from the Larcenei farm and nettle emulsion
Chef Andrea Irsara - Gourmet Hotel Gran Ander

- Ricotta dumplings with mint pesto, pea buttermilk and crispy brewer's yeast
Chef Stephan Zippl - Restaurant 1908 (1 star and the Green Star in the Guide Michelin 2022)

- Venison from the Sompunt farm, Terlano asparagus and beetroots
Chef Rainer Castlunger - NaturHotel Miraval

- Yoghurt from Chi Pra farm, raspberries and chilli peppers
Chef Nicola Acquasaliente - Gourmet Hotel Gran Ander

The tickets for the event are SOLD OUT.
