Running is a discipline among the simplest, natural and economic and it is among the most complete and suitable for all ages.

In Alta Badia, since summer 2016, we have identified some trails particularly suitable for those who want to run. You can run as a training session or to keep fit, you can run to free your mind or to enjoy the nature, you can run fast or relaxed: What counts is running. And running in the Dolomites mountains is even more fun.

The scent of fresh air.
