The mountain huts of the Skitour La Crusc offer the old and traditional dishes of the Ladin culture. The precious recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and are based on simple ingredients and identified by their genuine taste. Programme available in the tourist offices.

ÜTIA LEE: Cajincí da barantl - Boiled pancakes with mountain pie

ÜTIA PARACIORA: Bales da fié cun golasch de cerf y capüc - Liver dumplings with deer gulash and coleslaw
Live music with „Maurizio and Roman"

ÜTIA LA MUNT: Cajincí cun zigher y ciote - Boiled pancakes filled with grey cheese and ricotta

ÜTIA NAGLER: Cütles da pom - Apple fritters
Live music with the group „Alpenduo"

ÜTIA FLORIAN: Gnoch da ciajó cun capüc - Cheese dumplings with coleslaw
Live music with the group „Almprinzen"

The dishes are sold in the huts.
