The World’s Leading Chefs and Restaurant Professionals gather at „CARE’s – the ethical Chef Days“ in Alta Badia to discuss the Future of Sustainable Gastronomy. The project is a brainchild of Michelin-starred chef Norbert Niederkofler and Paolo Ferretti. In a series of round tables, masterclasses and presentations, the participants will present a world of gastronomy that raises awareness of nature. Programme available in the tourist offices.
