The culinary premiere of the ski season in Alta Badia
Sunday, 14th December 2014
The skiing season in Alta Badia starts on 5th December.
The gastronomic season on the slopes of Alta Badia, on the other hand, officially starts on 14th December, in occasion of the Gourmet Skisafari.
Five Michelin starred chefs will delight skiers in just as many huts at 2000 m altitude with their dishes prepared following traditional Italian recipes. Skiers can ski from one hut to the other, where they will stop and taste the chef’s creations. A veritable feast for the eyes and palate.
You can also meet the chefs, let them tell you the story of the dish and if you’re lucky enough, they might even share some trade secrets. The first snow of the season is all about good food!
